Parties

Most people love to attend parties but the thought of hosting a party is often intimidating. Children’s birthday parties in particular have been known to make parents tremble at the thought of the next dreaded yearly event! However, with some planning, and of course organization and effort, the process can be simplified and streamlined.

There are many wonderful sites with party theme ideas but these party TO DO lists will enable you to actually carry out all of your plans efficienctly and successfully.

Teenagers love to spend as much time together as possible, especially on the weekends. Keep your house ready for their spontaneous get-togethers. Follow this TO DO list and have folding card tables handy as well as a supply of cards, poker chips, fun games, and of course snacks and sodas

A Special Tip

Hosting a party can be less stressful by following these three TO DOs:

(1) set up a party pantry and keep it stocked;

(2) invest in a hot tray – it can really save the day by keeping food warm; and

(3) put together different party music play lists specifically for dinner parties, cocktail parties, and brunch. Having these tasks done way beforehand will really help simplify the planning process.
