As adults, we all know there are numerous things we are all supposed to be doing to maintain or even improve our bodies. However, actually accomplishing them all is always so difficult. It would be daunting to take on all of the grooming suggestions at once so prioritize them in your own list and take on just one a month and see if they can eventually all become second nature like brushing your teeth. Of course, it will probably cause you to start getting ready for bed 15 minutes earlier or spending an extra 15 minutes on your morning routine but when you’re 75 and looking pretty good, you’ll be thankful!



Floss teeth
Drink 8 glasses of water a day
Eat 5-9 servings of fruit/veggies
Walk
Exercise/weight training
Moisturize
Take vitamins
Take calcium pill/drink milk
Get enough sleep
